Shipping policy

Current processing times:

Made to order pieces: All jewelry is made to order and then shipped. This is a very small business, so please allow 6 weeks for order processing. We will try our best to get orders out as early as possible. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us at hello@lenoraoakes.com


Domestic Shipping within USA: 

All domestic orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping.  

Once your order has been received by USPS, the delivery time is no longer in my control. Please consider the timing of your orders during holidays and other high-volume seasons. 

Please note that shipping times do NOT affect order processing time. We will still need time to make your jewelry, so the shipping times can be added onto the standard order processing window. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

International Shipping: 

All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires.  

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped with a tracking code according to the service carrier you purchased.

Order Tracking:
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking info. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available.


Lost/Stolen Packages: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact your local post office (for domestic orders) or chosen carrier (international).
