When will my order ship?
All of our pieces are hand crafted once your order is received. Please allow 6-8 weeks for regular turnaround time, though we’ll always try to ship sooner. If you need your piece delivered in a shorter time frame please contact us.
I changed my mind, can I return my order?
All sales are final. We are a very small business and cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we are clearly at fault. We do everything we can to list pieces accurately. If you need any additional info or have questions before ordering, don't hesitate to contact us.
What is my ring size?
We recommend using a simple ring sizer tool (easily found online or at your local craft/bead store), or consulting with a jeweler near you in order to get the most accurate sizing before ordering. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
- Changes in temperature can affect finger size, so don’t measure when your hands are too hot or cold.
- If you have a ring that fits on the finger you're shopping for, use it as a sizing reference and take it into a jeweler for measurement.
- Keep in mind the width of the ring. People often choose to size up slightly when choosing a wider ring. For example, a 3mm wide ring would fit at your standard measured size, but you may go ½ to 1 size up on a 18mm wide ring. If in doubt, please reach out to us so we can ensure you get the right fit.
Most of our rings will fit true to size. If we recommend sizing up on any styles, a note will be made in the product description. Again, if you’re still unsure, please feel free to reach out for personalized support.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Jewelry is meant to be worn, but make sure you take care of your pieces! Any damage that occurs after you receive your piece is your responsibility. We take care to make sure each item is well crafted to last a lifetime. At the same time, we understand stuff happens. If your clasp or chain breaks, please contact us.
Keep your jewelry clean, and free of chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Sterling silver can be polished with the cloth you receive in your order if it starts to tarnish. The best way to prevent silver tarnish is to wear your jewelry regularly!
The chain length listed won't work for me, can I get a custom length?
We understand that not every length works for every body. Please contact us and we'll make sure you get the right fit.
I don't see my ring size listed, can I get a custom size?
We do our best to offer a wide variety of sizes for all of our rings. If you need a size that isn't listed, please contact us!
